Special Instructions or Comments
This is the best by far of several satin blacks for cone 6 Ox. that I tested. Stays put, feels nice, doesn’t need to be very thick. Corner of test tile put in vinegar for 24 hours and did not fade. There is a lot of Cobalt Oxide, so you may want to run your own tests for food suitability. Recipe is as I found it; I didn’t change it to add up to 100 because that made it more complicated…lots of decimals.

Does this glaze spray as well as it dips? It looks like a really nice glaze, can’t wait to see how it looks and feels.

I have sprayed this glaze once and it was fine. It seems to be very forgiving. When I dipped this test tile, the only difference I could see between the single and double dip was that it was slightly more matte where thicker.
